Birthday Parties

Activities
Our birthday parties are 2 hours. The party guests get 1.5 of instructional party time, and then 1/2 hour in the party room for cake and gifts. Our party room is provided for parents to bring refreshments, cake and decorations. Coaches are responsible for the rest. So you can just sit back, relax and enjoy the party! If you'd like the party room for an extra 1/2 hour there is an additional $10.00 charge.

Tumbletastic Party Package!
2 hours of fun in our facility

· Tumbletastic Gymnastics Instructors
· Games and gymnastics activities on apparatus
· Party room for refreshments and cake* (provided by parents)
· Birthday t-shirt for the Birthday Child

Prices:
1-8 kids $90.00 (1 coach) If there is more than one birthday child, it is an additional $10.00 charge (per additional child) to cover the extra t-shirt cost.
9-18 kids $125.00 (2 coaches)
18 –25 kids $150.00 (3 coaches)

One Adult Parent must be present for the entire party.
Names, Ages, and Phone Numbers of party guests must be provided to the gym 5 days prior to the party. This information is submitted to Gymnastics BC for insurance purposes.
